Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Legal Executive located in Muzaffarpur. The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for managing legal operations, preparing legal documents, providing sound legal advice, and overseeing matters related to property law and conveyancing. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation, and the proper handling of financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and expertise in providing comprehensive Legal Advice
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and review
- Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is mandatory
- Prior experience in the finance sector is required
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and legal best practices
