Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Legal Executive to join our on-site team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, documents, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing agreement flows, business compliances, Privacy Law compliances etc, engaging in negotiations, and maintaining accurate legal records. You will also support the organization in minimizing legal risk while ensuring streamlined legal processes. Prior use of CLM and Generative AI is must.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Law, with a strong understanding of legal principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Legal Agreement Preparation, negotations and closure
- Experience in providing Legal Advice for a variety of business and contractual matters
- Minimum 5 years experience working for law firm or corporate advising on contracts, litigations and allied activities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM is preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in contract lifecycle management or related fields is an added advantage
