Clergy & Wisemen, a full-service law firm, is strengthening its dispute resolution practice and is looking for a driven litigator to take ownership of complex matters across Commercial Courts, District Courts, and Consumer Commissions.

The role involves drafting plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, applications, and PILs, along with conducting legal research, building litigation strategy, and handling pre-litigation advisory, legal notices, and mediation proceedings. The candidate will also be responsible for managing multiple matters simultaneously, maintaining case records, and coordinating with clients, court registries, and senior counsel.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B. degree with active Bar Council enrolment and brings strong working knowledge of the CPC, Commercial Courts Act, and Consumer Protection Act. Proven drafting ability and hands-on court experience are essential.
