Capital Markets Senior Associate Opportunity
Position: Senior Associate
Location: Mumbai and Delhi - Remote
Experience: 4 - 6 years PQE
Industry - Law Firm
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Working with a dedicated team on domestic and international equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and select debt issuances.
(ii) End to end leading of IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and select debt issuances and negotiating various documents for the transaction.
(iii) Attending update calls and leading the transaction
(iv) Assisting and conducting due diligence.
(v) Drafting and reviewing offer documents, agreements, and other transaction documents.
(vi) Executing various transaction documents and assisting with the overall execution of the transaction.
Requirements:
· 4 – 6 years of post-qualification experience in handling main board IPOs, QIPs, rights issues and debt issuances
· Graduated from a reputable law school with relevant law firm experience (preferably a Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm).
· Proficiency in carrying out due diligence and drafting, negotiating and executing transaction documents.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
