Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Legal Advisor, located in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior Legal Advisor will manage legal and compliance activities, oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, and provide strategic legal advice. Responsibilities also include addressing labor and employment law matters, resolving legal issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with internal and external stakeholders to protect the interests of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in law with a deep understanding of labor and employment law
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and the ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Demonstrated experience in handling diverse legal issues and providing actionable legal advice
- Excellent knowledge of compliance, regulatory policies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a master’s degree (LLM) is preferred
- Prior experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles, particularly in energy, finance, or technology sectors, is highly desirable
