Position: Senior Manager/ Manager – Commercial Leasing.
This is a client-facing role that requires a mix of relationship building, and networking, leasing and business development skills.
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to : President - Commercial Business
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Business Development
- Manage business development for leasing for office/commercial/retail assets to achieve targeted occupancy levels.
- Generate new leads, build and maintain strong broker, corporate, and occupier relationships.
- Negotiate lease terms, commercial agreements, and closure of transactions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Track market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and rental trends.
Networking & Client Engagement
- Act as a key relationship manager for occupiers, corporate clients, and consultants.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and retain existing clients through proactive engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years’ experience in commercial leasing, business development, broking, IPCs or interior fit-out companies.
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in deal closure & client relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
- MBA & Graduate in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, or related field preferred.
