💼 Position: Sr. Leasing Executive
Are you passionate about real estate, client relationship management, and closing successful leasing deals? We're looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our growing Leasing & Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
🏡 Conduct property viewings and present residential properties to prospective tenants.
🤝 Manage the complete leasing cycle—from lead generation and negotiations to agreement execution and tenant onboarding.
📈 Promote properties through digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
📊 Maintain CRM, MIS reports, and leasing documentation with high accuracy.
⭐ Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years of experience in residential leasing, real estate sales, property management, or brokerage.
✔ MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and real estate portals/CRM systems.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
