Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to join our team and help shape meaningful learning and employee experience initiatives across the organization.
Learning Content Design
Develop instructionally sound training content including presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and digital learning assets.
Translate complex processes, compliance guidelines, and operational workflows into clear, learner-friendly content.
Deliver engaging learning experiences using interactive facilitation techniques and real-world scenarios
Manage learning data, attendance, completion tracking, and reporting through LMS platforms.
Monitor training outcomes using participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance indicators
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Employee Experience
Support the design of learning events, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee development initiatives.
Contribute to new employee experience programs and align with organizational culture.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate ideas into impactful programs from developing learning modules and communication assets to supporting employee engagement initiatives that bring our values to life.

Skills & requirement
• Qualifications 3–4 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR programs, or related roles
• Strong content development skills, with the ability to create engaging presentations, training materials, and communication assets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into engaging employee experiences
• Comfort working cross-functionally and collaborating with different teams
• Proficiency in tools such Microsoft tools, Canva and other content creation platforms
• Experience with learning platforms, employee engagement programs, or culture initiatives is a plus
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership
Preferable qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; prior experience in the healthcare or revenue cycle management industry is an advantage.
