We are looking for a
Senior Learning Consultant to help learners discover the right upskilling opportunities and confidently enroll in programs that accelerate their careers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Counsel learners on industry-relevant upskilling programs
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable learning paths
- Conduct virtual counselling and consultation sessions
- Explain program value, outcomes, and placement support
- Drive enrollments through structured follow-ups
- Build strong learner engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3 – 6 years in EdTech / B2C sales / counselling
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to influence and guide learner decisions
- Strong ownership mindset and growth attitude
- Familiarity with CRM and sales processes
