Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune City for a Senior Learning and Development Partner. The Senior Learning and Development Partner will design, implement, and evaluate learning programs to enhance employee development and engagement. Responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to identify training needs, aligning learning strategies with organizational goals, conducting workshops, and managing training initiatives. The position also includes creating robust learning solutions and ensuring compliance with HR policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Policies
- Proficient understanding of Employee Relations and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and its practical application in HR practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic learning and development initiatives
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a global context, is highly desirable
