Job Title: Senior LeanIX Consultant
Location: Pune, Hybrid ( Remote is also possible, but we need readiness for travelling on a need basis )

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled LeanIX Consultant to support enterprise architecture and IT landscape management using LeanIX. The role involves managing application portfolios, maintaining architecture data, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to provide insights that support technology strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will help ensure accurate architecture documentation, reporting, and effective use of the LeanIX platform across the organization.
Job Description (JD):
- Implement and configure the LeanIX platform to support enterprise architecture and IT landscape visibility.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, document, and manage application portfolios and architecture data.
- Design and maintain application portfolio management (APM), capability maps, and technology landscapes in LeanIX.
- Integrate LeanIX with other enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, ERP, DevOps tools) to ensure data accuracy and automation.
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights to support IT strategy, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews and support governance processes using LeanIX best practices.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for LeanIX platform adoption.
Candidate Profile (Ideal Fit):
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, or APM tools.
- Hands-on experience working with LeanIX implementation or administration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).
- Experience integrating LeanIX with tools like ServiceNow, SAP, or cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
