Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with 12+ years of experience in the Co-operative Banking sector to lead and manage multiple branches. The role involves complete ownership of business growth, branch operations, CASA, FD/RD portfolio, compliance, and team leadership across the region.
The candidate will act as a profit center head, ensuring sustainable growth while maintaining strong adherence to co-operative society regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple branches with full accountability of operations and business performance
Drive growth in CASA, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD) and overall deposit mobilization
Ensure strict compliance with Co-operative Society norms, audit, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and manage Branch Managers and cross-functional teams
Own regional P&L, targets, and business expansion plans
Monitor branch-wise KPIs, MIS, and productivity metrics
Develop and execute market penetration and growth strategies
Strengthen customer relationships and retention strategies
Identify new opportunities for branch expansion and rural/urban outreach
Drive operational efficiency and process improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of experience in Co-operative Banks / Multistate Credit Co-operative Societies
Proven experience in multi-branch / regional management role
Strong knowledge of CASA, FD, RD, and deposit-driven business models
Deep understanding of co-operative regulations, audits, and governance
Demonstrated success in team leadership and revenue growth
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
