Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Leader in Outdoor Media Sales based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, and leading revenue generation efforts for outdoor media platforms. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, fostering strong client relationships, developing sales strategies, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. Collaboration with internal teams to align with marketing and creative services will also be a priority.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in sales, client acquisition, and account management, preferably in the outdoor media or advertising industry
- Proven leadership skills, with a record of mentoring and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strategic thinking and business development expertise, with an ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Knowledge of media buying, marketing campaigns, and outdoor advertising trends
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools; familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
