Position: Senior / Lead US IT Recruiter
Experience: 5+Years
Location: Trichy
Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and high-priority client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs
- Allocate requirements within the team and track daily performance as a Lead.
- Ensure quality submissions and adherence to SLA/TAT
- Mentor and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies and market trends
- Review resumes, conduct screenings, and support complex closures
- Monitor team productivity, reporting, and recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Proven track record in team handling and leadership for Lead Role.
- Expertise in sourcing through platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies (Cloud, Data, Development, ERP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
