At Maple Armor, we are on a mission to deliver advanced and reliable fire safety solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Senior / Lead Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our technical team and support our growing customer base across India.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both technical problem-solving and customer-facing environments, with deep expertise in fire alarm systems and life safety technologies.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Technical Support Excellence
- Deliver pre-sales technical support to sales teams, consultants, and clients across multiple projects
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and issue resolution
- Prepare technical reports and collaborate closely with internal management
🔹 System Expertise & Leadership
- Work with addressable fire alarm systems, detectors, and large network-based projects
- Lead system configuration, programming, and commissioning
- Support integration with BMS, PA systems, and fire suppression systems
🔹 Site & Field Engagement
- Visit project sites for installation, testing, and commissioning support
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with R&D teams
- Ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
🔹 Training & Documentation
- Conduct technical training sessions for distributors and internal teams across PAN India
- Develop technical manuals, reports, and documentation
- Support product demos and presentations
🎓 Required Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
✔️ 8–10 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm or life safety systems
✔️ Strong knowledge of:
- Fire alarm system design & wiring
- Addressable & conventional systems
- Standards such as NFPA 72, IS Codes, and UL basics
✔️ Proven experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and system support
✔️ Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
➕ Experience with UL / ULC listed systems
➕ Knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems & BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)
➕ Understanding of system integration & networking protocols
➕ Proficiency in AutoCAD for fire alarm system design
➕ Willingness to travel across PAN India
