Working Model: On site
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Budget: 20 to 22 LPA

About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Senior Lead Software Engineer to drive the design, development, and rollout of a live fintech platform. The role involves working closely with the founders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, manage vendor coordination, and oversee end-to-end technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of core platform features in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture standards
- Evaluate and integrate third-party services such as KYC, payments, SMS/email systems, trading APIs, and market data platforms
- Oversee software development processes including DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive platform performance optimisation and ensure timely delivery of product features
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and vendor teams
- Ensure implementation of best practices around financial data security, compliance, and audit readiness
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with exposure to fintech platforms or financial systems
- Strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies including JavaScript, ReactJS, CSS, Java, and Node.js
- Experience deploying and managing production systems on cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs related to payments, KYC, trading systems, or market data
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
