About the Role
Business Core Solutions (BCS) is hiring experienced SAP Basis professionals across multiple seniority levels. Whether you're a hands-on senior consultant or a Basis architect leading large landscapes, if you have strong experience in Basis automation, we want to hear from you.
Open Levels
- Senior Consultant — 8+ years
- Lead Consultant — 10+ years
- Principal / Architect — 12+ years
(Role and title will be mapped based on your experience and interview performance.)
Location: Chennai / Bengaluru (On-site / Hybrid, depending on project)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities (scope scales with level)
- Own end-to-end SAP Basis operations across complex, multi-system landscapes
- Design and drive Basis automation initiatives (system refreshes, monitoring, patching, transport management, and routine administration tasks)
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization activities
- For Lead/Principal levels: define Basis strategy, governance, and automation roadmaps; mentor and build the Basis team
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and quality
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience (10+/12+ for Lead and Principal levels)
- Proven, hands-on experience in Basis automation (mandatory at all levels) — automating operational tasks using scripting or automation tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SAP landscapes, databases, and OS layers
- Ability to work independently and guide teams; leadership experience expected at senior levels
- Good communication skills and a client-focused mindset
