We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in procurement and the social enterprise space. The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals/targets would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. The Senior Manager, Procurement will own and drive the end-to-end procurement function for the organisation. S/he will be responsible for shaping and executing strategic procurement plans that directly support organisational’ s goals while delivering cost savings, quality, and efficiency. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Procurement
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that are aligned with organisational goals to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Sourcing & Category Management
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management across both direct and indirect spend.
- Identify opportunities, manage supplier markets, and drive category-wise value.
- Conduct RFQs, RFPs, reverse auctions, and supplier evaluations.
- Drive standardization and value engineering initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term supplier partnerships. Own vendor performance management through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement supplier performance scorecards.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic vendors.
- Develop supplier capability-building initiatives.
- Drive supplier diversity and risk mitigation programs.
Negotiations and Contract Management
- Lead high-value commercial negotiations and manage the entire contract lifecycle to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
Cost Optimisation
- Drive annual cost optimisation and value engineering initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver year-on-year savings without compromising quality.
Governance and Compliance
- Establish robust procurement governance. Ensure 100% compliance with policies, legal requirements, and maintain audit readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse, production, finance, programs, and operations teams to align procurement with business demand and operational needs.
Digital Transformation
- Lead procurement digital transformation initiatives including ERP optimisation, automation, and analytics to enable data-driven decision making. AI-enabled procurement reporting.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing procurement team. Foster a culture of ownership, ethics, and continuous learning.
What’s Required
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Finance.
- 15+ years of progressive procurement experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
- Analytical ability and proficiency in retail math and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
