Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Lead Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior Lead Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that power Techindiahub’s recruitment platform. The role involves leading a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and setting engineering best practices. The Senior Lead Engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to refine requirements, architect solutions, and deliver features on schedule. The position also includes monitoring production systems, improving reliability and security, and driving continuous improvement in development, testing, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in software architecture and system design, including experience building scalable, reliable web applications and APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, Go) and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and message queues, with a solid understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers, organizing work, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding standards.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to make sound technical decisions in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Background in building or working on recruitment, marketplace, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
