What You'll Do:
• Design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures at enterprise scale
• Lead full-stack development initiatives and mentor engineering teams on best practices and technical excellence
• Drive cloud-native and DevOps initiatives to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance
• Establish code quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure security and compliance across all systems
We're Looking For:
• 12+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale software systems
• Hands-on full-stack development expertise in Java, Node.js, React.js, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
• Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and authentication protocols (SAML/OIDC, Okta)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; proficiency with NoSQL/relational databases; strong communication and problem-solving skills
