Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City for a Senior Lead Engineer. The Senior Lead Engineer will oversee engineering projects, lead a team, and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions. Responsibilities include system design and architecture, managing the software development lifecycle, code reviews, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to mentor team members to achieve high-performance outcomes while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development, System Design, and Architectural Best Practices
- Experience with Programming Languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent
- Strong skills in Debugging, Code Review, and Software Testing
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Project Management skills, including prioritization, delegation, and meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Technologies, DevOps, or Microservices architecture (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
