Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Lead Developer, located in Mulshi. The Senior Lead Developer will oversee end-to-end development processes, mentor a team of junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and reliable applications. Key responsibilities include leading projects, designing technical solutions, reviewing code, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals. The role also involves exploring new technologies to drive innovation and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in software development including proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with architecture design, system integration, and scalable application frameworks
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, APIs, and database management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management, and leadership skills for mentoring teams
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in a lead or senior developer capacity and knowledge of cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements
