Job Title: Senior Lead - Delivery Excellence

About the Role: Drive organization-wide quality and delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring robust governance, proactive risk management, improved customer satisfaction, and adherence to best engineering and delivery practices. Partner with leadership to standardize processes, enhance delivery maturity, and enable predictable, high-quality outcomes across fixed-price and managed services programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery governance and quality assurance across projects, programs, and accounts
- Define and implement quality frameworks, audit mechanisms, and compliance standards
- Conduct project health assessments, delivery reviews, and quality audits
- Identify delivery risks, manage escalations, and drive mitigation and recovery plans
- Establish quality gates across SDLC and ensure adherence to processes and standards
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Partner with stakeholders to improve CSAT and manage customer expectations
- Review engineering practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- Monitor delivery metrics such as schedule adherence, defect leakage, productivity, and quality index
- Develop executive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced analytics
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean, Agile, and industry best practices
- Mentor teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive quality objectives
Skills & Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Delivery Excellence, or Program Governance
- Strong expertise in delivery governance, quality frameworks, and audit practices
- Proven experience in risk management, escalation handling, and project recovery
- Experience working on Fixed Price, Managed Services, or Outcome-based engagements
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and DevOps concepts
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub branching strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to influence teams and drive organizational-level quality initiatives
