Role Description
The Senior Lead at Shadowfax will oversee end-to-end operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in our logistics services. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing daily on-ground delivery operations, optimizing processes for speed and cost efficiency, and overseeing key performance metrics to achieve targets. The role involves strategic planning, vendor coordination, team mentoring, problem resolution, and partnership building. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Operational Efficiency: Expertise in logistics operations, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex scenarios, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with diverse teams and clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tech-driven logistics platforms and tools, with the ability to harness technology for efficiency and innovation.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management is highly preferred.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle critical operations challenges proactively.
