Role Description
Hindustan Wellness is seeking a full-time Senior Lawyer Corporate for an on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulatory requirements, managing corporate governance, and handling legal disputes or litigations. The Senior Lawyer will also oversee contract negotiations, mitigate legal risks, and work closely with internal stakeholders to support business operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Corporate Law and Compliance skills, including knowledge of company law and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
- Skills in managing legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation processes
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in legal frameworks and best practices related to corporate governance
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master's degree in Law (LLM) is preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant legal experience in corporate or related fields
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations is a plus
