Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Lab Technician role located in Bangalore Urban. The Senior Lab Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis, conducting quality control tests, and adhering to standard laboratory protocols. Additionally, this role includes participation in the training and supervision of junior technicians and ensuring compliance with safety and procedural guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining laboratory equipment
- Strong knowledge in quality control processes and standards
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to laboratory research and testing
- Ability to perform standard laboratory techniques and maintain accurate records
- Experience working collaboratively within a team of laboratory technicians
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field
- Experience in a senior or supervisory laboratory role is an advantage
