Senior L&D Specialist – BPO/BPM | Leadership Development | LMS
Pune, India | Full-time | Learning & Development
Are you an L&D professional with deep BPO/BPM roots? We're looking for a Senior L&D Specialist who can own the full learning ecosystem — from TNA to LMS administration, from behavioural workshops to leadership journeys. If you've built capability programs inside a contact centre or BPO environment, we want to hear from you.
MANDATORY: 8–10 years of L&D experience within a BPO/BPM organisation is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Training Design & Delivery
Design and facilitate onboarding, soft skills, functional, and leadership programs. Conduct virtual and classroom sessions for mid-management and senior associates aligned to BPO/BPM operations.
L&D Calendar Ownership
Build and execute the annual L&D calendar in coordination with operations, HRBPs, and functional leaders. Drive org-wide participation and timely completion of all programs.
Training Needs Analysis & Evaluation
Conduct org-wide TNA with QA, HR, and operations. Develop competency-based learning paths. Evaluate impact through performance metrics, feedback, and business outcomes.
Mid-Management & Behavioural Development
Design leadership journeys for TLs, managers, and HiPOs. Facilitate workshops on coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Content Creation & Instructional Design
Develop facilitator guides, participant manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments. Collaborate with SMEs on process-specific and client-specific content.
LMS Management & Digital Learning
Oversee end-to-end LMS administration — course uploads, user management, reporting, and compliance tracking. Develop microlearning assets and digital modules.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
Present L&D dashboards and impact reports to leadership. Support client audits, RFPs, and capability showcases. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual L&D analytics.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
✔ 8–10 years of L&D experience in BPO/BPM (mandatory)
✔ LMS platform administration experience
✔ Leadership & behavioural training delivery
✔ TNA and competency framework design
✔ Strong facilitation skills across audience levels
Good to have:
✔ Articulate Storyline / Adobe Captivate proficiency
✔ L&D certifications (CPLP, SHRM, or equivalent)
✔ Experience supporting client audits or RFPs
✔ Master's degree in HR or related field
