Job Title: Kinaxis Supply Planning Consultant / Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Job Description:
The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team delivers robust IT capabilities, products, and solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and strong collaboration with partners and customers. This role is part of the Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting team and focuses on supporting end-to-end planning solutions and Kinaxis-related implementations or enhancements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, and delivery of Kinaxis planning systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide solution design and delivery support for Kinaxis supply chain planning systems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Kinaxis solution footprint, with deep knowledge of supply planning solutions.
- Lead and facilitate business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis, and To-Be design workshops.
- Develop solution design documents based on business and functional requirements.
- Review functional specifications and system designs to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
- Evaluate existing tools and systems and recommend process or technology improvements.
- Configure Kinaxis planning solutions and implement them independently with minimal oversight.
- Influence technology decisions by sharing industry best practices and supply chain methodologies.
- Work in fast-paced agile environments to deliver projects and enhancements.
- Support project planning activities including timelines, estimates, and detailed project plans.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with final business sign-off.
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, or delays that may impact scope, schedule, or budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis supply planning implementations (projects, enhancements, or POCs).
- Strong knowledge of material planning systems and supply chain processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams for requirements gathering, testing, and delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience implementing planning solutions for large global manufacturing or CPG organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis integrations with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or both within Kinaxis.
