Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South West Delhi for a Senior Key Accounts Executive. The role involves managing key client accounts, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Senior Key Accounts Executive will collaborate with other teams to meet revenue goals, prepare sales forecasts, and generate detailed reports on account performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, and sales account planning
- Strong skills in negotiations, contract management, and customer retention
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and make strategic sales decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales software tools is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus
