Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage and grow key enterprise and national accounts. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, and ensuring smooth API integrations to improve client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and national clients.
- Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support API integrations and resolve issues.
- Analyze client performance and market trends; share insights through reports.
- Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to enhance service delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or enterprise client servicing.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and ability to work with technical teams.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
