About the Role
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will own relationships with high-value clients, ensuring retention, expansion, and consistent revenue growth. Youโll work closely with internal teams across delivery, recruitment, and demand generation to ensure seamless execution and strong client satisfaction.
What Youโll Do
โ Build and grow long-term relationships with key clients
โ Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
โ Drive strategic account planning and revenue forecasting
โ Act as primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
โ Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and finance teams to ensure client success
โ Manage contract renewals, commercials, and negotiation cycles
โ Present account insights and performance updates to leadership
What Weโre Looking For
๐น 4โ6 years experience in Key Account Management / Client Success / Business Development
๐น Background in IT Staffing or Tech Recruitment preferred
๐น Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
๐น Proven track record of revenue growth & account expansion
๐น Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
๐น Experience working with CRM tools & reporting dashboards
