Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Key Account Manager, based in West Delhi. The Senior Key Account Manager will manage client accounts, develop business plans to enhance relationships with key accounts, and provide exemplary customer service. The role involves analyzing customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, fostering long-term relationships with strategic partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Proficiency in Business Planning and effective strategy development
- Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in managing client relationships in a leadership capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is a valuable asset
