Job Alert: Senior Key Account Manager – Expansion (Enterprise SaaS)Location: Mumbai (Thane)

About the RoleWe are hiring a Senior Key Account Manager – Expansion to drive revenue growth from existing enterprise customers in a consultative, platform SaaS environment.
This role focuses on upsell, cross-sell, renewals, adoption, and long-term value realisation across strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Drive expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new use cases
- Identify growth across modules, workflows, and geographies
- Lead QBRs and structured account planning
- Manage renewals, retention, and churn mitigation
- Collaborate with Product & Solutioning teams for account strategy
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Ops, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance
Requirements- ~5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Account Expansion / Customer Success (B2B SaaS)
- Experience in consultative, platform-led SaaS (CRM, ITSM, workflow tools, etc.)
- Proven experience in owning expansion revenue/account growth targets
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing enterprise and/or multi-country accounts
- Exposure to manufacturing or logistics customers is a plus
