Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Key Account Manager to lead business growth across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Slikk and Zilo. The role will own end-to-end marketplace management including sales growth, assortment planning, visibility, promotions, inventory health, and platform relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce/quick commerce account management, category growth, and execution excellence in a fast-paced consumer business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Own the revenue targets for quick commerce accounts.
- Drive GMV, secondary sales, contribution margins, and market share growth.
- Build annual, quarterly, and monthly Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with platforms.
- Identify growth levers across assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
Platform Account Management
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across platforms including category managers, supply chain teams, and marketing teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign participation, and visibility opportunities.
Assortment & Inventory Planning
- Optimize assortment by city/store cluster based on demand patterns and platform insights.
- Ensure high in-stock availability and healthy inventory turns.
- Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to reduce fill-rate gaps and stockouts.
Performance Marketing & Visibility
- Drive platform visibility through sponsored ads, banners, search optimization, and merchandising.
- Track ROAS, CAC, keyword rankings, share of search, and conversion metrics.
Data & Analytics
- Analyze business performance using dashboards and platform data.
- Monitor KPIs including:
- GMV
- Fill rate
- Availability %
- Conversion rate
- Ad ROAS
- Share of search
- Generate actionable insights to improve growth and profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, finance, operations, and category teams for seamless execution.
- Coordinate launches, pricing updates, promotions, and operational improvements.

Must-Have Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in E-commerce
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Quick commerce
- Hands-on experience managing accounts on platforms such as:
- Blinkit
- Zepto
- Instamart
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, food, beauty, personal care, or consumer brands preferred.
- Proven track record of driving growth and scaling online accounts.
- Experience managing platform advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory planning for quick commerce.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience in handling high-growth consumer brands is a plus.
