Role Overview
Corporate Relations you will be the key link between Crack-ED and its corporate partners. Once a corporate is onboarded, you will ensure smooth execution of the partnership, from handling operational aspects to nurturing long-term relationships that lead to recurring business.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Management
● Act as the primary point of contact for corporates post-onboarding.
● Ensure all documentation, LOIs, and operational requirements are managed smoothly.
● Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders by being proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented.
Operational Excellence
● Resolve corporate concerns related to candidate performance, onboarding, or program alignment.
● Coordinate internally with operations, academics, and placement teams to ensure commitments are met.
Recurring Business & Growth
● Drive repeat business by consistently engaging with corporates and highlighting program outcomes.
● Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand partnerships.
