Role Overview:
The Sr. KAM will own end-to-end management of brand performance primarily on Amazon marketplace, driving revenue growth, visibility, and operational excellence. The role requires a mix of e-commerce strategy, analytics, account management, and execution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Amazon India Account Management.
• Handling Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
• Managing and handling Listing & cataloguing team.
• Checking compliances.
• Coordinating with account managers of marketplaces.
• Making sales and stock report.
• Managing Creative team.
• Managing Order processing and creative team.
• Managing Amazon Brand Store.
• FBA/FBF shipments planning, creating and reconciliation coordination with Seller flex operations team.
• Cloud tail operations (Managing PO, invoices, and returns, listing).
• Brand store and A+ Content.
• Handling Promotions, Coupons and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 4+ years of experience in all major marketplaces Amazon.in and other Market places.
• Previous similar experience and an organized approach to work.
• Presentation skills, Hardworking and should have strong work ethics
