Ltd. specializes in innovative seasoning solutions, spice blends, and food ingredient products catering to the FMCG, and food processing industries. We are focused on delivering customized solutions that enhance taste, quality, and consistency for our clients. Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven Key Account Manager to lead B2B sales in the West Zone. The role will focus on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and promoting Bayfield?s range of seasoning blends and food ingredient solutions to food manufacturers. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales ? Identify and develop new B2B clients across FMCG, and food processing segments. ? Drive sales of Bayfield?s seasoning blends, spice mixes, and customized food ingredient solutions. ? Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Account Management ? Manage and grow existing key accounts in the West Zone. ? Act as the primary point of contact for all client requirements. ? Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
Client Engagement & Product Development ? Coordinate with internal R&D and application teams for product trials, sampling, and customization. ? Work closely with clients during product development cycles to meet their specific requirements.
Revenue & Target Achievement ? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. ? Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans. ? Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
Market Intelligence ? Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. ? Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making. Key Requirements
Experience ? 8?10 years of experience in B2B sales within seasonings, spices, or food ingredients industry . ? Strong exposure to handling key accounts in FMCG/food manufacturing.
Education ? Bachelor?s degree in Food Technology, Business, or related field ? MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred
Skills ? Strong client relationship and stakeholder management ? Excellent negotiation and closing skills ? Good understanding of seasoning applications and food industry requirements ? Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
