Key Responsibilities

- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise/B2B accounts and act as the primary relationship owner.
- Build relationships with business heads, strategy, sales, market intelligence, analytics, network planning, finance and senior management stakeholders.
- Understand each customer's business priorities, decision-making processes and evolving data/analytics requirements.
- Establish yourself as a trusted business and analytics partner rather than only a product point of contact.
Analytics & Business Problem Solving
- Understand customer business questions and translate them into structured analytics requirements.
- Work with customers to identify where granular market, sales, financing and competitive data can support business decisions.
- Develop an understanding of MSI/VFI capabilities and determine the appropriate product, dashboard, analysis or custom engagement for a given business problem.
- Interpret dashboards, reports and analytical outputs and communicate the key business implications to non-technical stakeholders.
- Support customers in converting data and analytics into actionable business insights.
Delivery & Customer Success
- Own the end-to-end customer experience across onboarding, implementation, recurring deliveries, custom analyses and ongoing product adoption.
- Coordinate closely with Product, Analytics, Technology, Data and Support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Own customer expectations, timelines, dependencies and escalations across MSI and VFI engagements.
- Review analytical outputs from a business perspective to ensure they address the original customer requirement.
- Conduct regular business reviews/QBRs covering delivered insights, usage, business requirements, challenges and future opportunities.
- Develop account-level success plans and drive measurable customer value.
Account Growth & Commercial Ownership
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, additional modules, custom analytics, new geographies/use cases and account expansion.
- Work with Sales to convert identified opportunities within existing accounts.
- Identify adjacent business problems that can potentially be solved using ZOOP's data and analytics capabilities.
- Support renewals by demonstrating ongoing product value and relevance to customer business priorities.
- Build multi-stakeholder relationships within accounts to increase product adoption and account depth.
Customer & Product Feedback
- Capture structured feedback on product capabilities, data coverage, analytical requirements and customer workflows.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable inputs for Product, Analytics and Technology teams.
- Identify recurring customer requirements that could evolve into scalable product capabilities.
- Stay informed about customer industry dynamics, competitive landscape and emerging data/analytics use cases.
