Senior / Junior Architect:
Work Experiece: 1-4 years - Junior Architect
5+ years- Senior Architect
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design development and prepare architectural concepts
• Develop detailed working drawings and ensure accuracy
• Handle 2D drawings, 3D modeling, and high-quality renderings
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design execution as planned
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
• Resolve design and execution-related challenges on-site
- Collaborate with the design team to deliver exceptional projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Must-Haves:
• Strong command over 2D drawings (AutoCAD)
• Proficiency in 3D modeling (SketchUp or other 3D tools)
• Good experience in rendering (Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray)
• Ability to handle drawings and coordination independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch)
• Related experience in residential and/or commercial projects
• knowledge of site execution and project coordination
