Role Description The Senior Jewelry Merchandiser will oversee product assortment, visual presentation, and inventory planning for MythsnFact’s jewelry collections. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for analyzing sales data, tracking trends, and making merchandising decisions that optimize product performance. Daily tasks include coordinating with design and production teams, planning collections and pricing, and ensuring that displays and packaging reflect the brand’s identity. The role also involves working closely with retail and sales teams, monitoring customer feedback, and adjusting merchandise strategies to improve customer engagement and revenue. The Senior Jewelry Merchandiser will support training in-store teams on product features and merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support a positive customer experience.
- Sales and Retail experience, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional planning, product launches, and merchandising campaigns.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, inventory data, and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions.
- Experience in product assortment planning, visual merchandising, and display standards in a retail environment.
- Attention to detail in product presentation, quality checks, and pricing accuracy.
- Comfort working on-site in Jaipur and collaborating across design, production, and retail operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
