Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Java Trainer based in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Senior Java Trainer will design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Java programming, tailored to meet a variety of skill levels. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting training sessions, mentoring candidates, evaluating their progress, and staying updated with the latest programming trends and technologies to ensure high-quality instruction. The role also requires active engagement in shaping the curriculum to align with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Java Trainer is a must to have.
- Proficiency in Core Java and Advanced Java development
- Strong understanding of frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging Java applications
- Ability to create and update training content and materials
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant engineering disciplines
