At Netweb Software, we are hiring Senior Java Engineers (6–10 years) in Hyderabad.

This is not a volume hiring exercise.

We are looking for engineers who can take ownership of real systems — not just contribute code.

💼 Role: Senior Backend Engineer (Java)

📍 Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid/Onsite)

🧠 Experience: 6–10 Years

⚡ Preference: Immediate joiners or short notice candidates

🚀 What you will be responsible for

• Building scalable APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Designing microservices that handle real-world traffic
• Working on payments, banking integrations, and critical flows
• Deploying and managing applications on AWS
• Resolving production issues in distributed systems.

🧠 What you should already bring

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of microservices and API design
• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Messaging systems like Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.

🔒 FinTech experience is a strong advantage:

Understanding of transactions, idempotency, and data integrity under failure is expected at this level

🚫 This role is not for you if

• Your experience is limited to CRUD applications
• You have not handled production systems
• You cannot clearly explain your design decisions
