Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern backend technologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using Spring Boot
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
Work with Hibernate/JPA for efficient database interaction
Develop event-driven systems using Apache Kafka
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product teams
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Required Skills
Strong experience in Java (8/11/17+)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
Experience with GraphQL and REST API development
Proficiency in Hibernate / JPA
Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging systems
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Experience working on Microsoft Azure
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Good knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js (for full-stack collaboration)
Experience with Liquid Templates (or similar templating engines)
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman
Proficiency with development tools like IntelliJ IDEA
Strong understanding of software design patterns and system design
Preferred Skills
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
Exposure to frontend frameworks (React/Angular)
Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
