Role: Java Backend Developer (Spring Boot + Azure)
Basic Details
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Kochi-WFO
Primary Technology

Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience in building microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development
- Good understanding of OOP concepts, Data Structures, and Design Patterns
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services:
- API Management
- Key Vault
- Azure DevOps
- Event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms (JWT)
- Experience with in-memory caching techniques
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Strong experience in performance optimization & benchmarking
- Knowledge of database systems (MSSQL or similar)
- Experience with Git (version control)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Spring Boot
- Convert product requirements into actionable development tasks
- Collaborate with Dev, QA, BA, UI/UX, and Product teams
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Perform performance tuning, fixes, and optimizations
- Participate in release planning, estimation, and integration activities
- Ensure secure and scalable API development
