The Senior Java Software Engineer plays a key role in designing and developing scalable backend systems that power reliable applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, thoughtful problem-solving, and the ability to build high-performance systems that can handle real-world complexity.

What This Role Will Focus On
- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java
- Build and maintain robust APIs and microservices
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and engineers
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement efficient solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes
Skills & Experience Required
- 6–10 years of experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience working with REST APIs and distributed systems
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
