Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Java ATG Developer with strong experience in ATG Commerce, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise eCommerce applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java, ATG Commerce, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Customize and enhance ATG Commerce modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams during the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support deployment activities and environment configurations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ATG Commerce framework.
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Experience in REST APIs and web services development.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in eCommerce domain projects is an added advantage.
