We are hiring for Senior Java Software Engineer

JD:

Roles & Responsibilities

Work as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, contributing to both backend and frontend development.
Primarily work on Java-based backend systems.
Handle frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Ember (any one is acceptable).

Address UI-related issues, including accessibility and compliance tickets (e.g., UI behavior at high zoom levels).
Contribute as an individual contributor (IC) with hands‑on coding responsibilities, even at higher experience levels.
Work across domains, with preference for ad tech or e‑commerce experience (healthcare not preferred but not strictly excluded).

Day-to-Day Tasks

Develop and maintain backend services in Java and related technologies.
Implement and support frontend features using JavaScript and SPA frameworks at an intermediate proficiency level.
Resolve full stack issues, especially those impacting UI usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with US-based teams, including attending early morning or late evening calls, especially during onboarding.
Adapt quickly to project and team changes driven by quarterly or half‑yearly planning cycles.

Manager’s Expectations

Strong full stack capability — not just theoretical knowledge, but practical UI and backend experience.
Ability to confidently handle UI topics, especially since prior candidates struggled despite passing pre‑screening.

Comfort working in a rotational environment, moving between teams and OKRs as needed.
