About the Role
- We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer/Lead with 3-5 years of experience
- You will be responsible for developing applications using Spring / Spring boot, Hibernate with JPA
- You will be responsible for developing the complete product as per the functional specifications
- You will be responsible for handling clients to gather requirements
- You’ll be managing a team of about 2 to 5 (possibly more) members, and coordinating with the clients
- You will be working on products that have various components like Backend, APIs, DB, Frontend, Android as well as iOS applications
- You will have direct access to the clients and will have the responsibility for the timely delivery of the project
- Please note that this is a completely hands-on position, and you are expected to code about 80% of your time
Our Expectation
- You should have strong work ethics
- Understand the API backend and Servlet Java program development. Programming language on Java, understanding Shell script and Oracle SQL
- Exposure to Github, Gitlab, CI/CD Pipeline knowledge, Exception Handling, and Testing framework (Junit)
- Knowledge of Message Queue and NoSQL database
- You should have a strong understanding of frameworks in Java Universe like Spring, Hibernate, any other ORM tool, Play Framework, and others
- You should be a hands-on developer who can build complete products using Java and related technologies on his/her own
- You should be strong with Databases (Any)
- Exposure to front-end technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, React, etc is a strong plus
- Exposure to Mobile application development is a strong plus
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects in tough timelines
- You will also prepare the daily/weekly status, participate in Sprint Planning, and help the team members
