🚀 Hiring:
Staff Full-Stack Engineer👤 Experience: 9–14 Years
We are looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer who can design and build scalable end-to-end systems using Java and React.js while collaborating closely with AI engineers and product teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
🔹 Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
- Frontend development using React.js & TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
- Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, CI/CD
- Experience working with LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and vector stores is a plus
🔹 Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable full-stack applications
- Develop robust Java backend services
- Build modern React-based user interfaces
- Own API contracts and integrations with enterprise systems
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, and observability
- Mentor engineers and contribute to platform architecture decisions
