Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Architect to lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in backend architecture, modern frontend technologies, cloud-native systems, and enterprise-scale software engineering.
You will play a critical role in architecting secure, high-performance, and distributed applications while driving engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and architect enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern full-stack technologies
- Build scalable and resilient microservices-based distributed systems
- Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, development, deployment, and optimization
- Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, security, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Drive best practices in software engineering, coding standards, scalability, performance tuning, and application security
- Conduct technical design reviews and provide architectural governance across projects
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on modern development practices and architecture principles
- Contribute to CI/CD automation, cloud-native deployments, and container orchestration strategies
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns
